Paseo 0.10.3 a retiré --foreground/--relay/--no-web-ui de 'paseo start' :
le daemon crash-loopait depuis le 21/10. Relay piloté par
daemon.relay.enabled (config.json), web UI désactivée via
PASEO_WEB_UI_ENABLED=false.
